Return & Refunds Policy

At Calder Crag, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process. Please read our policy below to understand the time frames and conditions for returns and refunds.

1. Returns

You can return your products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Not damaged, altered, or washed in any way.
  • Only valid for items purchased directly from our website.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

  • Refunds are only applicable for the returned products that meet our return criteria.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake made on our part (incorrect or defective items).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on the following items:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
  • Products not purchased through our website.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same return procedure. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send the new item to you. Please note that shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns: Must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days after your return is received and approved.
  • Exchanges: Processed upon receipt of returned items and subject to product availability.
